2012, Client: World Bank, Mozambique: Robert attended the Southern Africa Regional Consultation – Towards an Africa Clean Cooking Initiative (Maputo, Mozambia). Funded by the World Bank

2012, Client: Nuon-RAPS, South Africa: Analysing non-payment within the Nuon-RAPS Utility (off-grid concession company). Restio was contracted to assist NuRa in understanding the dynamics of non-payment amongst SHS customers and to identify and develop a range of interventions in mitigation of this situation.

2012, Client: Nuon-RAPS, South Africa: Robert was contracted by the Nuon-RAPS utility (NuRa) to assess the market for larger SHS amongst their rural customer base within their off-grid concession area.

2012, Client: KES, South Africa: Analysing non-payment within the KES Utility (off-grid concession company). Robert was contracted to assist KES in understanding the dynamics of non-payment among SHS customers and to identify and develop a range of interventions in mitigation of this situation.

2012-2013, Client: World Bank, South Africa: Restio received a World Bank grant (BEIA) in support of the company’s promotion and distribution of Improved Cook Stoves in South Africa. The grant supports their activities in South Africa and covers a period of some 18 months.
