Restio Energy, working with AnnieSugrue from ECOSASA, was commissioned by Oxfam to compile a paper on Energy PovertyScenarios in South Africawhich had as its aim the stimulation of debate ahead of the Climate ChangeSummit scheduled for early March 2009.
