Restio lead a small team of researchers tasked with identifying the priority loads within the context of load shedding,exploring more selective load shedding opportunities and, in doing so, easingthe burden experienced by the public. The study took place in CapeTown and Gautengand also explored alternative solutions that go beyond technical interventions.
